PMO Analyst
Location: London - remote
Length of contract: 6 months
PAYE only!
We are looking for a PMO Analyst on a contract basis who will work in the transformation office of a large Global Group wide Culture Programme. The role is key to ensure that the programme is run under proper governance and that overall delivery is on time, to budget and at the right quality. The PMO Analyst will report into the PMO Lead and work with multiple stakeholders across the programme and across the bank more broadly.
Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain plans and work with stakeholders to actively manage day to day activities and support the PMO lead
· Ensures that stakeholder mapping & stakeholder plan is comprehensive and considers internal and external stakeholders
· Assist with RAID management, ensure items are identified and addressed promptly and if necessary escalated on a timely basis
· Take and manage actions and minutes at Programme level governance meetings
· Support Programme level budget maintenance and working with the Finance business partner to ensure accurate reporting and quality forecasting
Skills:
· AVP level demonstrable PMO experience, working on business driven initiatives with cross functional delivery impact in Financial Services
· Experience on large scale transformation programmes
· Able to work with and present to senior stakeholders
· Strong background working in front to back projects, sitting in the lines between technical teams and business level
· Excellent PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, MS Project and Visio skills
