This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment strategies for early career programs.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with Barclays' goals for early career talent acquisition.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with recruitment processes.
Campus Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions to enhance Barclays' presence and attract top graduates.
Event Coordination: Organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs and workshops, to engage potential candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Implementing and overseeing assessment processes to identify and select candidates who align with Barclays' values and requirements.
Pipeline Management: Building a clear, defined pipeline for the Spring and Autumn intake of both Interns and Graduate candidates.
Data Analysis: Utilizing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring junior recruitment team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience Required:

Strategic Development and Implementation: Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in collaborating with hiring managers, academic institutions, sourcing firms, and professional organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
Project Management Skills: A track record of delivering large-scale, global transformation HR or Talent Acquisition projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
Analytical Abilities: Experience in manipulating, collating, analyzing, and cleansing large data files to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
