This is a high-impact, fast-paced contract where your ability to organize, document, and analyse will be paramount. You must be prepared to hit the ground running and immediately contribute to project milestones and deliverables.

  • Assist in process improvement initiatives by performing detailed process mapping and documenting existing and future-state workflows.

  • Support system analysis efforts, focusing on documenting processes and providing analytical insight to inform implementation strategy.

Analytical and Project Support

  • Analyse data across 20 critical product validation points to support the quality assurance and operational readiness of new AI products.

  • Support the project management team by assisting with the planning of milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring that project documentation is current and complete.

Documentation, Training & Expertise

  • Produce high-quality project documentation, including drafting and finalizing detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing support to users and running training sessions to facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.

  • You are expected to be the source of immediate expertise, joining the team ready to provide guidance without the need for an initial formal training period.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable track record of hitting the ground running and providing immediate, impactful support in a demanding project environment.

  • Strong practical knowledge of or comfort level with Generative AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.) and/or process automation tools (e.g., UiPath).

  • Expert proficiency in Data Analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and using data to support decision-making.

  • Exceptional skills in Process Mapping and creating detailed Project Documentation (e.g., SOPs).

  • Proven experience supporting a Project Manager or Change Management team, including task tracking and planning support.

  • Must be results-oriented and able to clearly articulate how your support efforts are contributing to the team's demonstration of value.
