Role Overview

As a Change Delivery Manager - VP, you will manage change projects to help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Direct and manage change projects within the organisation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, on budget, and to required quality standards.

• Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Stakeholder Communication: Engage proactively with senior management, project teams, and external partners to keep them informed of progress and ensure their needs and expectations are met.

• Team Management: Lead project teams, ensuring they are properly resourced with the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.

• Budgeting & Progress Reporting: Manage project budgets to keep spending within agreed limits, and create regular progress reports to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

• Change Facilitation: Facilitate change management activities—including training and communication—to ensure change projects are successfully implemented and fully embedded across the organisation.

Hybrid Working
