Business Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office: Mon/Thu/Fri)

Duration: 6 months

Overall Purpose of the Role

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our this multi-year initiative (Bank wide Program)

This role focuses on contributing to bank-wide initiatives, specifically the Compliance change/carved-out portion of the IT Programme. The objective is to re-evaluate existing processes from the ground up, exploring potential benefits from emerging technologies like Artificial intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across compliance and change.

Coordinate various workshops.

Work closely with stakeholders to and understand their viewpoints.

Provide clear documentation, gap analysis, and process mapping to support programme delivery.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Compliance (ideally big compliance project).

A strong track record in facilitating effective and goal-oriented workshops, coupled with the ability to accurately document outcomes, requirements, and information packages.

Experience with compliance operations

Comfortable working on large-scale transformation and regulatory change programmes.

Strong stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.

Experience on major strategic initiatives / ways of working initiatives would be a big plus.
