Business Analyst


Northampton / Knutsford (remote work)

PAYE only

Length: 6 months


Barclays Bank is looking for a Business Analyst on a contract basis who will be responsible to work with the Project/Programme Manager and stakeholders to identify, quantify, plan and control all business analysis related activity on a business change project/programme.



What will you be doing?

  • responsible for the successful delivery of key BUK Business Banking projects
  • manage specific Business Analysis workstreams on major business change projects and small change programmes
  • assess, design, develop and implement new business processes, systems, products and services
  • lead objective analytical insight based on work completed by Subject Matter Experts
  • initiate, formulate and present recommendations based on analysis
  • own and direct specific deliverables within the Business Analysis workstreams
  • influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders


What we’re looking for:

  • Business Banking and preferably FinCrime/Anti money laundering business domain experience
  • relevant experience with good understanding of Data Platforms, systems and technology tools
  • experience in working with large, global, complex IT projects and teams
  • experience in financial area
  • experience in Agile and Lean Methodology



Where will you be working?

Northampton or Knutsford. It is a Work From Home opportunity.
