Overall purpose of role
The Programme Manager, reporting into the Programme Director, will take responsibility for the leadership and delivery of critical change projects that form part of the Compliance change portfolio.
About Financial Crime Business Change
Based in the 2nd line, within the Group Service Company (BX), Compliance Change operates to
deliver change initiatives to support the Compliance function in maintaining and enhancing its risk
management capabilities, support the function in meeting regulatory requirements through the delivery of business process changes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Set up a programme to support Ecomm Surveillance teams initiatives.
- Work closely with Investment banking, technology and policy teams
- Sell and negotiate change to senior stakeholders
- Ensure strategies and initiatives are being adhered to
Skills:
- Experience within a Programme/Change management position within banking/financial services
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle end to end.
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to stakeholders
- Experience in compliance based change
- Prior experience in adhering business readiness
- Strong powerpoint skills
