Purpose of Role

The role holder will be responsible for delivering professional secretarial and administrative support to one MD and one Director. 


The SRM team is a small but dynamic client facing team, where close cooperation and teamwork are highly valued. The right individual will also possess good client facing skills, and the ability to work closely with the EAs of our clients. There is an important travel component and the need for understanding around changing travel arrangements. 


The client base is continental European banks, asset management and insurance companies and fintech businesses.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Extensive diary management, incl. requesting and organising meetings, conf calls, video confs
  • Effective time management on behalf of the MD and Director Book meeting rooms/hospitality/VC facilities
  • Ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner, messages are taken accurately and passed on immediately
  • Effective screening of calls and acting on information received


Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: 

  • Excellent customer facing skills and experience
  • Excellent track record of PA experience at senior levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in French is preferred but not essential
