This role is a HYBRID Role working 2 days in the office (WA16 9EU) per week. 

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday between 8am and 10pm*
*core hours: 9am-5pm

 

No previous banking knowledge is needed. You can apply from retail, hospitality, travel, or any customer-related industry. Your integrity, communication, and empathy are what Barclays is looking for.

 

Barclays is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join its Implementation Project Manager Team which predominantly supports mid and large corporates, ensuring these clients are onboarded in an efficient, reliable and controlled manner.
 

To get you off to a great start, you’ll begin the contract with a six-week training program, where you’ll learn about Barclays, banking and the role. This training runs from Monday to Friday, from 9-5pm first 2 weeks in the office.
 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Respond professionally to customer queries, ensuring information given is accurate.
  • Act as the clients point of contact throughout their transition journey resolving issues and providing support throughout the process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collate missing & additional information from the client.
  • Recognize, register and resolve customer complaints – implementing solutions and prevention mechanisms and escalating issues where necessary. 
  • Maintain a customer contact history, recording and updating relevant accurate detail.
  • Capture customer information during calls to develop understanding of their needs, updating relevant systems with data.
