Overall purpose of the role

Barclays are looking for Customer Care Colleagues to join their well established team in the Shrewsbury Branch. You will be the face of Barclays for our customers who are visiting the branch for their everyday banking needs and your focus will be committed to supporting customers and ensuring their experience is one to remember.

Key Accountabilities:

• Meet and greeting customers

• Providing support with self service devices when needed

• Helping customers with appointments

• Ensuring customers are seen to in a timely manner

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role

Hybrid Working
