Overall purpose of the role;

In this role you will be part of an exciting, large global HR Transformation programme which will focus on implementing a new employee CMS system. You will be focussing on transforming and creating content as part of the HR content management strategy, whilst also having the freedom to re-work and reimagine how the content is presented.

Key Accountabilities;

• Writing and creating content for the web both internally & externally.

• Support the development of global content guidelines and edit content written by fellow content creators.

• Transform and simplify content that both HR and non-HR audience groups understand clearly.

• Create and update content in ServiceNow, using standard templates and components, assigning tags, sourcing imagery, identifying keywords, writing metadata, uploading documents, and managing records.

• Review and assess content requests and existing content from a colleague usability perspective.

• Deliver project tasks, working with digital copywriters, content managers, designers, and stakeholders

Essential Skills:

• Experience ideally with ServiceNow & advanced CMS (Content Management System) experience with the ability to select appropriate components, imagery, and follow accessibility guidelines.

• Conceptual thinking, ideas generation and writing for a superior user experience.

• Strong creative copy editing and writing skills, with an excellent grasp of English language and eye for grammar.
