Change Delivery Project Manager (Business Analyst) - AVP
Location: Northampton or Knutsford – Structured Hybrid Working, 2 Days Per Week in Office
Contract Length: 6 months

Overall purpose of the role:
We are looking to recruit a highly skilled individual with a hybrid background in Project Management and Business Analysis. You will be focusing on exciting projects, such as revamping the Digital customer Experience of Barclays customers, integration of Tesco Bank into Barclays, and development of our customer user technology.
This role requires a Project Manager who is Agile and possess the skillset of Business Analysis to embedded themselves in the lifecycle of developing the end to end process. You will be responsible for managing your own tasks, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Accountabilities:
Analysing requirements and their impact on the user experience (UX), functionality, and non-functional aspects.
Creating project plans and managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
Tracking project KPIs and driving improvements in team velocity.
Establishing and managing governance and working groups to ensure on-time delivery.
Understanding how business requirements affect people, processes, and benefits realization.
Working with delivery teams to improve their velocity and efficiency.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong understanding of Business Analysis principles.
A strong business acumen and analytical abilities
Experienced in Scrum, with experience of other project frameworks such as Kanban (essential).
Experience of working with Jira (essential).
Experience writing acceptance criteria & user stories (essential).
Experience working in an Agile way
Proven ability to deliver new initiatives or significant changes within complex organizations.
Experience in the banking/financial services environment.
A good understanding of transactional processes is required
Has worked within a digital business area
Ability to write user stories and create detailed project plans.
Proactive problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Integration experience is desirable
Prior digital experience is beneficial
