A part of the creation of our new TC in July 2020, we have set about establishing governance frameworks and standards for the delivery of non Tech Projects, in addition to setting up other service offerings to the TC as well as to the wider HR function.

 

As momentum has built, the need to be on top of the parts that are now BAU has meant that a few items relating to the set up and embedding of the governance framework for project delivery remain outstanding. A such , we need to temporarily bring in a skilled Business Manager with strong PMO skills to help us complete the open items and in particular spend time with the internal TC service recipients to firmly embed them.

 

What will you be doing?

 

 

·      Following the creation of project templates and artefacts, create and embed the delivery Governance framework and provide QA support over a defined period to ensure the framework and artefacts are understood and running as BAU

 

·      Design and Embed a project closure governance framework and artefacts

 

·      Undertake a review of all existing relevant records and their storage and ensure we are fully compliant with records management standards

Where will you be working?

 

This role will be based remotely, but as the offices start to re-open, it will be London Based
