Analytics and Insights Manager
Location:London
Length: 6 months (full-time) with possibility for an extension
We are looking for an Analytics and Insights Manager to join our team on a full-time contract basis to help drive the financial planning and stress testing agenda and ensure the smooth delivery of tasks.
Responsibilities:
As the Analytics & Insights Manager you will:
- Oversee elements of group and/or business aligned planning and stress testing processes and drive their delivery
- Work as part of a team acting as the main point of ownership for the planning and stress testing outputs
- Be accountable for the planning and stress testing execution framework encompassing the operating model, control framework and the execution plan
- Understand the commercial drivers of the businesses and be able to articulate these to the wider team and management
- Provide commercial insight and review and challenge results
- Manage changes to the operating model
- Provide guidance and targets for financial planning returns to ensure returns are optimised
- Work with SME’s in Risk, Finance and Treasury on coordination of coherent objectives, principles, methodology and points of regulatory interpretation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure results are interpreted and presented at appropriate forums
- Be responsible for the coordination of changes to the planning and stress testing framework in BAU and future capabilities
- Ensure robust, accurate and complete submission of regulatory templates
- Deliver high quality MI with a challenging but positive influential style, in order to make recommendations using detailed analytical work

- Ability to understand and analyse complex problems and execute a plan to deliver effective tactical and strategic solutions
