Your Role: We’re on the lookout for passionate professionals to drive and support key change initiatives across Barclays. In this exciting role, you’ll manage and execute impactful projects, working closely with various entities and global locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Change Programmes: Drive and support projects related to restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, and more, ensuring seamless execution across global sites.

  • Collaborate Globally: Work with in-country HRBPs, ER specialists, and other experts to manage change processes effectively.

  • Manage Key Deliverables: Oversee all stages of project delivery, from initiation and due diligence to implementation, communication, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Handle complex projects including redundancies, reorganizations, and new entity setups.

  • Consultation & Communication: Engage with unions, employee representatives, and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.

  • Analytical Expertise: Utilize strong data skills to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and insight.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in workforce change and restructuring, with specific examples in your CV.

  • Union and Legal Knowledge: Experience managing union consultations and understanding of TUPE and other legal requirements.

  • Global Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale change programmes and navigating international HR challenges.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and data management) and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Dynamic & Resilient: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling significant data and large-scale projects with resilience and professionalism.


Essential Qualities:

  • Hands-on experience in HR work streams with a focus on restructuring and change management.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure, run, and track complex programmes.

  • Excellent analytical and data handling skills, with a knack for making sense of large volumes of information.
