Overall purpose of the role
You will be joining as a Programme Test Lead for the internal project to help us deliver a large-scale integration programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for test strategy and co-ordination, interfacing with multiple teams across Business and IT. The role will require the ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team, ranging from technical personnel to programme leadership.
Key Skills
Test leadership with experience in large scale data migration programmes, preferably in Credit Risk and risk models
Strong communications skills - with a focus on influencing, and bringing together technical and business areas
Hands- on experience with AWS, Datawarehouse , Data migration, Databricks
Expertise in Test tooling - eg Jira
Experience in Banking sector
Agile
Key responsibilities
Generating Test Strategy, Designs and Reports, working with teams across Business and IT
Validating test scope by reviewing of requirements and design documentation, liaising with SMEs
Communication of testing strategy and progress to senior programme and business stakeholders
Defining Testing Roles and responsibilities, and ensuring agreement on dependencies
Working with each of the teams involved to ensure end to end testing
Reviewing test results and any defects/reporting progress, risks & issues
Investigating issues and working with test teams to identify root cause and resolution
