The HR Function is made up of c1,400 people globally in the newly created Transaction Cycles of HR Business Partnering, Delivery & Advisory, Leadership, Talent, Culture and Diversity and Diversity and Inclusion.
Responsibilities:
During this role, you will demonstrate you're excellent Project Management capabilities within a Talent Acquisition Function. You will work with a number of service delivery teams across Executive, Professional and Graduate Hiring. You will also demonstrate you're exceptional stakeholder management when working in partnership with the business and the service delivery teams across the TA function.
Further to this, you will use Data Insights to help improve both the process improvement within the TA function and D & I across the business.
This is a global role, where you will not only be working within the UK TA team but across a variety countries.

Overall purpose of role:
Reporting to the Coverage Lead for a business unit/entity the role holder will be responsible for overseeing delivery of a coherent Talent Acquisition Strategy for a defined business area within the unit / entity , working in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition sub-services; Executive; Programmatic; Professional, Policy, Standards and Governance to ensure Talent Acquisition services are being delivered against the strategy.
A key requirement of the role will be to collaborate through others including the sub-services, colleagues from the business, 3rd party providers and across other HR transaction cycles to effectively ensure delivery of a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.
Key Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with all business stakeholders to understand operational aspects of the business/legal entity/strategic site in scope from workforce planning through to business
specific operational practises enabling the role holder to shape and implement an appropriate operational plan; ensuring delivery of hiring needs through various hiring channels, achieving both BAU
and long term strategic goals whilst overseeing delivery of relevant KPIs.
Through expert knowledge and the use of data insights of both the internal and external market the individual in this position will partner with the relevant sub-service to design, develop and oversee appropriate delivery of a TA strategy
