Contract length: 6 Months

Overall purpose of role:

As a Service Business Reporting Analyst, you will be assisting in the delivery of timely, high quality Market Data services to our global stakeholders. Review and approve invoices and access requests for Market Data and Publications & Subscriptions. Supporting the oversight of Managed Service Providers who partner with us to support the business. 

Key Accountabilities:

• You will support the management of request tickets through the approval workflow

• You will review and ensure all invoices are paid correctly and reconciled to inventory

• You will review key performance indicators for the Managed Service Providers 

• You will support the resolution of queries raised by Market Data users and vendors regarding their services

Essential Skills:

• Previous financial services background

• Experience in accont payable, vendor management, operations and reconioliations would be desirable.

• Stakeholder management skills and experience of working with key stakeholders

• Willingness to embrace a challenge in an evolving and changing environment

• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
