Project Manager - Business Banking Data

PAYE only

Length: 6 months

Working hours: 9-5 PM

 

The Project Manager for the Data Enhancement Programme will manage the programme (which consists of two projects). The Manager is expected to take accountability for the creation of a plan, delivery of actions to that plan, to manage Change Requests, and ensure that the scope stays focused on delivering against agreed problem statements. They will manage dependencies and ensure that Delivery Leads (developers, testers etc.) are delivering as needed and help remove blockers to progress, escalating when needed.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Project Manager for the Data Enhancement Programme
  • Own the plan and manage delivery of actions and milestones to that plan
  • Manage the Project Management Office
  • Support Business Analysts with queries and support escalation to SMEs and the wider business when necessary
  • Manage and run Programme Forums and ensure senior management are kept aware of progress and any delivery issues

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Financial services background is advantageous
  • BA degree in finance, PM, banking, is preferable
  • Experience as a Project Manager on programmes in large, matrixed, and complex businesses is a must
  • Strong communication skills and proven analytical skills are required


 Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Experience with enterprise data management is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in Financial services projects is desirable
