Overall purpose of the role

Within the Transformation Change Delivery Team, you will become a Subject Matter Expert and be responsible for support and guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to programme/portfolio managers and their teams. You will also need to provide support to the wider change activity of the organisation in relation to the Service Company/Transaction cycles as well as supporting the portfolio Director.

⦁ Delivering and landing change seamlessly in the business

⦁ Partnering with the Accountable Executive to find solutions to exploit opportunities and solve business problems

⦁ Creating an environment of effective delivery

⦁ Creating and managing the business case for the programme, from inception through delivery to closure and ensuring that any changes to the detailed business case (DBC) for an initiative are identified, assessed, and then approved or rejected by appropriate governance

⦁ Ensuring that programmes deliver agreed outcomes and that the outcomes remain relevant; course-correcting where required to ensure the programme delivers on its aims; working with delivery partners (e.g. TC leads) to determine and plan work packages

⦁ Monitoring and managing financials, RAIDs and resource requirements

⦁ Ensuring Programme Governance delivery in line with Policies and Standards
