PMO Analyst


Location: London, Hybrid working

Length: 6 Month Initial Contract

PAYE only 



Overall purpose of the role 


Barclays are looking to appoint a PMO Analyst to join the Central PMO team within our financial crime transformation programme. This is a dynamic and evolving role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with stakeholders across the bank.



Key Accountabilities: 

  • Liaising with stakeholders across the bank in relation to the transformation programme

  • Maintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports

  • General project administration tasks such as: Managing and sending invites to meetings, minute taking and distribution of relevant documentation

  • Accurate documentation of project milestones

  • Reporting of relevant project data to key stakeholders / groups



Key Skills: 

  • Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry is ideal

  • Strong administration and document experience in previous transformation projects

  • Experience of working on transformation programmes in financial crime would be advantageous

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook etc

  • Experience in minute taking

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic

  • Experience with Navigator would be beneficial

  • Experience in creating calendar views is ideal
