Learning and Development Manager

Overall Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to support the readiness and upskilling of HR, HR Technology and colleagues in line with operating model and process changes. As Learning & Development Manager, you will be developing, together with a wider team of training developers and business SMEs, the required global and local training collaterals for HR, HR Technology and non-HR (colleagues, line managers and senior leaders) based on the designed Training Curriculum.
Key Accountabilities
Develop applicable training collaterals (e.g. how-to-guides, reference guides), including Train-the-Trainers (TTT) instructional slideware based on the designed Training Curriculum and Design documents
Work in collaboration with Design team to review and ensure accuracy of training materials content, in line with designed technology and processes architecture and Design documents
Facilitate Train-the-Trainers (TTT) sessions in collaboration with the other Training Delivery Managers and TTT facilitators
Deliver user training sessions based on the pre-defined training curriculum
Support and assist wider group of trainers part of Train-the-Trainers (TTT)
Contribute to the development of the Train-the-Trainers (TTT) approach
Drive the localisation of the training collateral based on the identified local requirements by engaging with the programme during the Design phase
Support development of local delivery plan with training team and local Change Champions/Agents (including training scheduling, communication, pre-training materials, tracking etc.)
Organise training logistics and administration for end user training in collaboration with Train-the-Trainer team which includes the booking of training rooms, participant attendance and collation and delivery of feedback
Develop training schedule to ensure no impact to Bank’s business as usual
Drive governance and status reporting based on local user training delivery
Manage post deployment check-ins to be carried out by local Change Agents
Deliver post go-live end-user refresher training courses and Hypercare support (e.g. coordinate and implement post go-live drop-in clinics to drive change adoption and support users)
Develop and deliver training support interventions to address feedback gathered through training evaluations
Ensure adherence to training strategy, plan and timelines as well as alignment to overall change management strategy
Facilitate post-go-live user refresher training courses and training support
Essential requirements for this role
Demonstrated experience of delivering training sessions in a hybrid setting and audience management
Experience in training development for systems, process and people change
Ability to develop training content and collateral in line with process and technology scope of change
Ability to engage and communicate to impart information and training to audiences made up of diverse backgrounds, explaining difficult concepts in simple terms
Experience with driving training delivery coordination and organisation
Ability to lead, motivate and teach colleagues, ensuring they remain engaged with learning content
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve objectives
Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate at all levels
