Day to day responsibilities:


Adhering to Barclays standard and policies, providing guidance on how to comply with requirements.
 

Moving system from legacy onto new platform.

 

Key objectives and outputs:

 

Within wider dept of Barclays Compliance.  Employee Conduct Ops, 3 sub teams.  


10 team members in the sub team, wider team has 25 members.  Need people to be cross trained and to be fluid.

 

Working background/experience:


Compliance experience would be desirable but not essential
FS experience would be essential
Security industries knowledge would be desirable but essential
Team player, able to solve problems, good stakeholder management, keenness to learn and adapt to changing environment
Proactive and can identify when to escalate
