EM Macro Change Project Manager

London/Remote

Our Change Execution team provides project and programme management, delivery oversight and assurance, governance and control to the Markets & Banking Change Portfolio.


This role sits within the Macro Change Team, which manages the change portfolio for the Rates, FX and Emerging Markets businesses globally with a particular focus on investment initiatives through the Macro Growth MGI.


What will you be doing?



 Responsible for managing the Global EM MGI Programme product delivery that will ensure on-time, effective delivery of front to back (F2B) outcomes in line with the programme business case


Build trusted relationships with a network of key stakeholders in the Front Office and in Functions that help influence project outcomes, acting as an advocate for the change and joining up executives and delivery teams


Taking responsibility for successful delivery in line with the relevant Barclays Policies and Standards by keeping a focus on outcomes; defining, monitoring and regularly reviewing the overall plan; ensuring benefits and outcomes are captured and validated throughout the project


Determining, monitoring and managing the project workforce and financial requirements, liaising with product and service delivery on resource requirements; supplier and vendor management; monitoring any supply related risks and setting up the initiative team with clear roles and responsibilities; ensuring ongoing costs and capitalisation meet budget requirements 


Conducting business analysis, as required, to supplement the project delivery role and/or engaging with technical business analysts in other teams 


What we’re looking for and Key Skills which will help you in the role:


Experience working in Middle Office, Business Management, Product or Operations in a Markets settingPrevious project management experience Experience in rate or FX product rollout Project/Programme management and Change Governance experience Excellent Stakeholder Management skillsDemonstrable industry experience across EM rates & FX and financial markets products, e.g. FI Bonds, Rates Derivatives


Where will you be working?


This will be a remote role to start with, however as we ease our employees back into the offices, it is a London based role.
