Change Delivery Manager

Overall purpose of the role
The role’s primary purpose is to take responsibility for the overall delivery of projects or governance & control processes within and across the main change delivery functions/teams. This includes overall accountability and end to end delivery for a set of related initiatives or governance as defined by our business portfolio framework or statutory regulator. Ensuring all projects or governance processes are delivered within agreed governance, timescales and costs/FTE whilst remaining within agreed budgets, and actively contributing to and championing the development of the change delivery process.
Potentially line managing and mentoring Change Delivery Managers and other colleagues to assist with their education in analysis skills, quality of work and personal development.
The project involves changing an existing supplier within the marketing function, so the ability to manage that is extremely important.
You will need to mobilise a change project, coordinate and work with a variety of Stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Accountable for project delivery activities aligning to the business case, scope, schedule and cost constraints inherent within the change environment at the programme / large project level
Accountable for programme wide planning within your assigned remit
Responsible for ensuring the creation and execution of a risk control framework
Responsible for the creation and execution of a project control framework encompassing resource, financial control and governance/compliance management
Individual role holders may be required to manage the business governance calendar, facilitate governance forums, manage status review board inputs, co- ordinate and manage resource and demand planning and recruitment processes, authorise travel and purchase orders, manage the change request and governance processes
Ability to determine or influence strategy and approach required to deliver against the outcomes of our transformational change initiatives.
Ensures Change Acceptance & Deployment Planning activities are supported collaboratively across the Group to ensure ‘Business Readiness’ for all change activity, whilst supporting with channel specific Impact Boards and Go/No go forums.
Key Skills:
Project Management/Business Change experience in cross functional teams
Successful stakeholder and supplier management – internal and external, and at a senior stakeholder level.
Advanced level of stakeholder management ranging from informal discussions to Senior stakeholder presentations.
Strong Project Management experience
Experience of Marketing as a function and of dealing with marketing agencies
