Contract Length: 6 months
The key responsibility of this role is to ensure that the quality of case collation within Programme Wellington (‘the project’) meets required project policy standards in line with the Case Collation quality framework.
What will you be doing?
- working closely with the Case Collation QC team to ensure the quality standard for file collation is met
- reporting any issue whereby quality may be at risk to QA Lead
- maintaining the flow of cases within the review to ensure compliance with timescales.
- supporting the route to competence and ongoing maintenance of competence for Case Collators
What we’re looking for:
- Financial services experience, within retail and/or investment banking
- Experience of record keeping, regulatory policies and/or compliance background
- Excellent attention to detail and proven track-record of high quality delivery
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to create reports and analysis, and deliver through simple, clear presentations
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Previous regulatory exposure, i.e. experience of operating in a regulated environment/regulatory engagement.
- Organisational Awareness - ability to see the ‘whole picture’ and interface with internal and external resources
