Length: 6 months with a possibility for an extension

Day to day responsibilities:

⦁ Business case and programme governance

⦁ Ensuring that programmes deliver agreed outcomes

⦁ Monitoring and managing financials, RAIDs and resource requirements

⦁ Partnering with Accountable Executives and programme leads in the functions and business

⦁ Delivery in line with Policies and Standards

⦁ Creating an environment of effective delivery

Working background/experience:

⦁ Exceptional problem solver with a track record of programme delivery and implementation in ‘mission-critical’ / ‘business-imperative’ initiatives

⦁ One or more of Basel regulatory framework, Capital requirements regulations, regulatory reporting, risk models

⦁ Able to working with / influence senior stakeholders (up to D/MD level heads of function)

⦁ Decision making: pragmatic, able to determine when to make decisions and when best to escalate.

⦁ Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation

⦁ Integrity and trustworthiness in order to maintain the team’s reputation and standing.
