Job Title: Project Manager (Remediation)

Location: London

Overall purpose of the role

This is not a technical Project Manager role but requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise in process management, remediation, governance, and analysis. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of remediation projects, focusing on managing processes, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful delivery. The role is pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, leveraging tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence to drive progress.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end customer remediation projects involving high volumes and varying complexities.

  • Develop and maintain robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.

  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across teams to align objectives and drive project milestones.

  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence to monitor progress and report on outcomes.

  • Maintain oversight of project pipelines, ensuring seamless transitions through each lifecycle phase.

  • Provide structured reporting and updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.


Key Skills:

  • A seasoned Project Manager with a background in large-scale remediation projects and process-oriented management. Experience with high-volume customer remediation is a strong advantage.

  • Strong governance and analytical capabilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with remediation processes and frameworks, including managing multiple stakeholders and project complexities.

  • Ability to hit the ground running, leveraging existing tools and processes without extensive onboarding.

  • Proven ability to work in hybrid environments and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
