Overall purpose of the role:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and innovative Agile Change Delivery Oversight Specialist to join a newly formed team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of change oversight within a dynamic and evolving environment.

This role focuses on contributing to the strategic oversight of change deliveries within an Agile framework. You will be a key player in a team responsible for portfolio-level reporting, process improvement, and data-driven insights generation. You will work collaboratively with 7 other team members to build and refine a new value-added function. 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Contribute to the overall strategic roadmap and long-term vision for change delivery.

  • Participate in the creation of portfolio-level reports for agile governance events.

  • Streamline reporting processes through automation and data capitalization.

  • Partner with various change teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Create presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for senior leadership (Senior Directors and MDs).

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.


Key Skills: 

  • Proven experience in transformation and change delivery or change reporting.

  • Agile experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills are vital, strong collaboration skills are a must.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and think outside the box.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential

  • Experience with tools such as Navigator and Jira is preferable.

  • Open mindset, willingness to challenge the status quo, and embrace new processes.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic, evolving environment.
