Job Title: Planning and Execution Oversight Manager

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Contract Duration: 6 Months PAYE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Execution Oversight Manager to act as a central Portfolio Manager within our Economic Crime COO team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end change and transformation, taking ownership of overall governance, execution, and early-stage annual MTTP planning for funding, budgets, and business cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Leadership: Oversee full-lifecycle change and transformation from end-to-end planning through execution.

  • Annual Planning Cycle: Lead substantial early planning activities, including funding, cost structures, and P&L business cases.

  • Team Management: Lead a team across planning and execution, managing daily standups and prioritising team activities.

  • Executive Reporting: Produce and present high-level consolidated written and verbal reports to Senior Directors and Managing Directors.


Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Change & Transformation: Proven experience managing central portfolios across the entire change lifecycle.

  • Financial Crime Expertise: Background in Financial Crime with depth in at least 2–3 key sub-domains.

  • Agile Frameworks: A solid understanding of Agile methodologies as our organisation aligns with Agile practices.

  • Problem Solving & Communication: Strong structured problem-solving abilities to break down complex issues and communicate effectively at senior levels.
