We are looking for an ETM, D1 and ETF IBMO Analyst on a contract basis who will be responsible to to provide transaction management and settlement services across all asset classes to the businesses. In particular Equities IBMO supports an innovative and growing business. We facilitate increasing volumes and complexity by investing in capacity and productivity.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible to oversight on front-to-back exception queues and working with the relevant teams to implement solutions
process trade flow of multiple business streams into our back office systems
provide support and escalation management to the Cash Equity and Equity Derivative businesses in EMEA
root cause analysis to remediate issues at source
ensure that procedure documents are maintained and updated for the Controls and Processes performed in EMEA
client side Support – ensuring that any issues are raised / resolved on Trade Date
approving manual bookings and Regulatory Reporting obligations are being met
What we’re looking for:
a systems-based approach, understanding workflow diagrams and decision trees
solid understanding of operational risks, ability to spot and articulate issues to senior stakeholders, and escalate in a timely manner
ability to analyse data and identify risk item exceptions
Skills that will help you in the role:
good knowledge of the front-to-back process
good working knowledge of MS Office suite, specifically Excel
detail-oriented with strong communication both written and verbal skills
Based in our North Colonnade London office, however in the current situation work remotely from home.
